  1. Your name as you would like it to appear on eTalkinghead (preferably your full name). We allow no politically oriented handles. If, for whatever reason, you desire the use of a pen-name, please send that.
  2. Your desired password (case sensitive).
  3. If applicable, your Web site URL.
  4. Your e-mail address.
  5. Your political affiliation.
  6. A sample of your writing. This may be either something you write for this application (500-1,000 words), something you've recently written, or a link to a published piece of yours online. Your writing sample must be politically oriented and must resemble journalism.
Note that eTalkinghead is not in the business of flaming or derogatory writing. If your writing reflects an abrasive or brash tone, don't bother.
