A Clark and Clinton ticket?

by on December 10th, 2003

Dean may have received the nod from former Vice President Al Gore yesterday, but Wesley Clark isn’t cashing out just yet.

On the presidential campaign trail Tuesday, Wesley Clark said he has not ruled out Hillary Clinton as his running mate, if he wins the Democratic presidential nomination.

Interesting. Since the Clintons basically hand-picked Clark as a successor to the Clinton legacy, Gore’s endorsement of Dean can be seen as a political slighting of Clinton dominance in today’s Democratic Party. If the Clintons choose to fight back with this, it could make for a very interesting primary. And general election.
